The final tally. For reference again, the goals were 2 miles swimming, 112 miles biking and 26.2 miles running.

Swim: 0.75 mile
Bike: 19.5 miles
Run: 18 miles

Total:
Swim: 3.25 miles
Bike: 112.8 miles
Run: 69.5 miles

Ingie, if you need more lake mileage (do you go by nautical miles for swimming?:) swim across to Pentwater for our reunion next week :)
